Try outdoor boxing! An initiation into the sport of boxing while we are outdoors.
You learn various basic boxing techniques and you get the much needed vitamin D.
The sport of boxing is so much more than just hard hitting, it requires relaxation, coordination, dancing feet and motor skills. So it’s a real challenge.
This introduction to boxing is accessible, fun and playful and suitable for every fitness level!!!
You will learn basic footwork, direct punches and hooks. At the end of the session you know some cool combos to show at home.
Get to know yourself and your colleagues in a totally new way. You encourage each other and support each other when the going gets tough.
The session lasts 90 minutes and is given by a qualified teacher who provides material.
Please note: there is no hitting each other, but in each other’s gloves!!!
