With different bamboo components at your disposal each team member is drawn into the construction challenge.
During the building process the bamboo architect will evaluate and guide where needed.
We end with an evaluation by the teamcoach and point out how the building experience can be used in the workplace.
The option for an additional coach is highly recommended for a more in-depth analysis.
A suitable venue must be chosen according to the size of the group. Also possible in an outdoor area – according to the weather.
Required space: approximately 1,5m² per person. Required time: average of 2 hours.
