In small teams you take a film from start to finish: from a blank page to a script and a storyboard, then on to acting, directing, camera work, sound and editing. The genre is yours to choose, from an advert to an action scene. Who goes in front of the camera and who stays behind it? Who decides when two versions are equally good? Those questions arrive on their own, because every step builds on the one before.
Experienced film professionals guide the process, but the decisions stay with the team. That also means delivering on time: a scene that is not finished does not make the edit. At the end there is a completed film, from the first take to the final cut, and you watch it back together.
