In teams you take each other on across a series of Scottish tests of strength, from caber tossing to tug of war. The events are chosen so that everyone can join in, whatever their fitness or experience. Only one team is up at a time, and that is the charm of it: the others gather round and cheer, so every throw has an audience.
Point by point the competition builds, until the final standing decides which team takes the day. Because the events differ from one another, it comes down to the team that gets the best out of each other. Kilts, bagpipes and the appropriate Scottish folklore can be added if you want them.
