The Escape Experience runs over several rounds, each with its own tasks and puzzles. In teams of five or six you first set a strategy: what do we go for, and who takes what? From the opening round one thing is clear, you will never get everything. The game is deliberately built so that it cannot be completed, so the question is not whether you will finish, but where your time pays off most.
That turns every round into a run of small decisions. Do you let one task go to pick up two others? Who steps across when a team gets stuck? The groups that divide the work sensibly and keep talking get the furthest. And because something is always still open, everyone plays on until the countdown stops.
