The tasks are practical and, one at a time, not especially hard. They have one thing in common: on your own you will not get there. So you ask, you explain, you listen, and you let someone else take over at the right moment. Anyone used to sorting things out alone notices that straight away. Asking for help and offering it are not fine words here, they are the only way to make progress.
After every task the teams are reshuffled, in different sizes too, so you keep working with new colleagues. Within a few rounds you are working with people who are not in your usual team, and you see how differently each group goes about it. Who asks the right questions, who keeps the overview, who turns out to be good at something nobody knew about: it surfaces by itself. Playable indoors and outdoors.
