In Powerplay your team plays the lead. Every round brings a different challenge: one question wants a fast answer, the next wants focus, and now and then you have to make a bold call under pressure. You can confer, but you cannot deliberate, because the clock is running. So you hear teams whisper, hesitate, and then commit.
Because no round resembles the last, nobody knows what is coming and the whole room stays alert. There is laughter, there is a fight for every point until the final moment, and the standings can still turn. Knowing the most does not win it on its own: the team that quickly settles who answers, and lets that person get on with it, takes the points.
