On your own or in small groups, you connect with the other participants through a tablet or smartphone. Questions and tasks appear that only work when two people solve them, and each round pairs you with someone new. One question is playful, the next is about the company, and because the game decides who you meet, you end up talking to colleagues you would not have approached on your own.
It moves quickly: a short conversation, a task, on to the next. That is why it never feels like a forced ice-breaker, you are playing a game and the introductions happen along the way. In thirty to sixty minutes you know more names, faces and stories than when you walked in, and the room is already talking before the main programme starts.
