About this team building
This strength sport originated in Scotland 4000 years ago. Scottish clans competed to show who was the strongest. Today this “sport” is still very popular and not only in Scotland. Before the battle begins, the teams / clans are formed and everyone gets a kilt. The clan leaders are warmly welcomed with loud cheering and with bagpipe accompaniment. Take a chance and compete with your team for Scottish honor. Depending on your group size, you will be divided into different clans that compete with each other.
The competitive spirit will certainly emerge during this team activity! At the end of the Games, the two best clans compete for the honor in a big final of tug of war or sheep herding (optional).
Despite the sense of competition, The Scottish Trophy stands for a relaxed and fun team building. We bring a “corporate” form of the Games. The assignments of the Highland Games are composed in such a way that everyone can participate: young or old, man or woman, sporty or less sporty. We alternate sporting assignments with rather playful activities. A previous course in superman or woman is certainly not necessary.
