Each round of building is reviewed using a unique method. We make sure everyone is part of the activity and everyone has a voice. If we get enough time for this team moment, we can still put the constructions together and make a one big team story. This is a powerful way to strengthen team connection and growth. Then we put the structure together and challenge each team member to give it a symbolic meaning.
This activity is guided by experienced coaches. We rely on a researched method because it is a very powerful facilitated thinking, communication and connecting method for organizations, teams and individuals. It is based on extensive research from various fields such as business, organizational development, psychology, “how people learn”, and it is founded on the concept of “hand knowledge”.
