Each round of building is reviewed using a unique method. We make sure everyone is part of the activity and everyone has a voice. If we get enough time for this team moment, we can still put the constructions together and make a one big team story. This is a powerful way to strengthen team connection and growth. Then we put the structure together and challenge each team member to give it a symbolic meaning.
This activity is guided by experienced coaches.
