About this team building
It is the year 2059. Earth has become a dangerous place for us humans. The Earth government has given the go-ahead for a unique and daring mission – take everyone to Mars and start a new life. Collaboration is at the heart of this business game. If teams decide not to cooperate or compete with each other, they reduce the chances of success for the entire group.
There are several moments in the game where teams can learn from the past.
Each team has two different objectives during this team activity, a team-focused objective and a group-wide objective. Where they put their focus determines their success … or failure.
