About this team building
The year is 2059. Earth has become a dangerous place for us humans. The Earth’s government has given the go-ahead for a unique and daring mission – take everyone to Mars and start a new life. But the mission cannot begin until the team has deciphered a code, which in turn consists of several small codes. To find the right solution, the expertise of each individual astronaut is required.
At the beginning of the team event, the group is divided into several astronaut teams. They now enter the online simulation, each team can be found in its own chat room. A countdown of 26 minutes appears for all to see – and an empty field in which a code of numbers or characters must apparently be entered. But which? In addition, each team member receives cards with pieces of information that are only visible to them. The team members start guessing and puzzling – and finally find out that they have to put the pieces of information in a logical order in order to get the numeric code to start.
Mission to Mars sees teams prepare and plan for their mission to Mars. Teams work on a complex problem where information is distributed across the different team members. They must leverage all their remote working skills to solve a series of progressively more challenging tasks.
