About this team building
The City Rallye XL with facilitator is an outdoor team building activity that turns the city centre of Brussels into a collaborative playground.
Divided into teams, participants take part in a large-scale urban orienteering challenge combining riddles, team challenges and a photo rally. Using a roadbook, teams must read the map, define a strategy, move efficiently through the city and solve puzzles to locate and photograph as many iconic landmarks as possible within the allotted time.
A professional Citeamup facilitator is present on site throughout the activity to ensure a smooth and engaging experience:
introduction and briefing of the rules
animation and supervision during the game
coordination of the final debrief, answer validation and announcement of results
This guided format is particularly well suited for medium to very large groups, ensuring structure, energy and high participant engagement.
