About this team building

A company usually consists of different teams and departments, each characterized with their own tasks and targets. However, teams do depend on each other to achieve their goals. This can sometimes lead to friction. With a world as a metaphor (One world, different countries, one goal), participants experience that feeling and forming unity within a group is essential. And that collaboration is very different from working together. Collaboration requires trust, openness, cross-border thinking and an honest assessment between one’s own interests and the common interest.

Build your united nations is an interactive team training in which participants work together to realize the construction of a country in an intelligent and humorous way. Divided over different countries, they represent the people and thus form the global government. Their task is to make the world prosperous and the inhabitants as happy as possible. They do this by purchasing the best facilities for their country (schools, hospitals, roads, hotels, etc.). However, in their struggle to become the best, countries depend on each other… so unite your countries and lead the world!

Take on the challenge of making your country the very best with the happiest residents, but don’t forget that you also represent the world. In fateful times, are you willing to put your own interests aside for the sake of the world in order to save the world from destruction?
